One local inbound number comes with each PBX system, and you can select as many additional numbers as needed.

Step 6: Last Step! How many minutes will your organization use?

Inbound Toll Free Numbers

Each toll free number number includes 100 minutes per month with additional minutes at 3.9 cents per minute. These pre-paid rate plans can reduce your cost to as little as 2.7 cents per minute. One rate plan may be shared among many toll free numbers, and multiple plans may be purchased.

Example: If you use between 1,000 and 1,500 minutes per month you may consider one 1,500 minute plan. If you use a little over 30,000 minutes per month you may consider three 10,000 minute plans. That would give you 30,000 minutes at 2.7 cents, with the additional at 2.9.
